CFA Society holds excellence awards ceremony

On October 3, 2016, the top finance Industry professionals gathered to recognize the best institutions and individuals in various sectors of the financial industry at the 13th Annual Excellence Awards ceremony hosted by the CFA Society Pakistan.

Mr. Syed Murad Ali Shah, the Sindh chief minister, was the chief guest.  Mr. Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq Hijazi, chairman, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), was the guest of honor. The chief minister congratulated the CFA Society Pakistan on holding events, which encourage industry to improve their professional standards. Mr. Hijazi appreciated the role of CFA Society and stressed the need for investing in the highest standards of corporate excellence.
