Appellate Bench Reconstitution

The section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 empowers the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to constitute the Appellate Bench to hear the appeals against the orders of the Commissioners or authorized officers within thirty days of such orders.
