Appellate Bench Rules were  promulgated in 2003 and are called  Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Appellate bench Procedure) Rules 2003..These rules outline the procedure for receipt, registration, hearing mechanism and conclusion of appeals received under section 33 of the SECP Act 1997.
